Inspirations

The days seem to go,
Slowly, yet so fast,
And though I try my best,
I can't make them last.

I capture the days in time,
By writing poems like this,
To keep my life living,
And no moment might I miss.

What inspires me though,
Isn't quite hard to get,
Music and memories,
Gets my ideas in set.

Without both of those,
I may never let show,
The feelings I fear,
To the ones I love so.

Without those in my life,
I would have nothing here,
To keep me occupied,
And my sanity near.

There would be no one close,
To share times and laughs;
My heart would be split,
Into twenty halves.

My poetry depends upon,
Time with loved ones,
Songs with meaning,
And laughs from puns.

If you don't like it,
Don't waste your time,
Reading more,
It's hard to rhyme.

For now I must leave,
But I shall continue on,
Throughout my long life,
Until I am forever gone.
